Springer Spaniel seeking family home

Simba is a 13 year old Springer and a work relocation to Canada means we are looking for a good home for Simba.

He is a house dog and we would be over the moon if we could find someone to look after him in his old age.  Simba takes epileptic fits occasionally and these are controlled by medicatition. Also he barks with having demensia. Some days he is fine and the next he barks there is no rhyme or reason. We would be willing to pay vet bills medication and his food.
