Palace Farm, Gamrie

A warm welcome awaits you at Palace Farm. Our elegant late 18th century farmhouse retains many classic features, lovingly restored over the years, providing you with cosy en-suite rooms, tea & coffee trays, TV and cd/radio.

The Palace is situated on a mixed arable family run farm, with secluded wooded garden, amidst rolling farm landscapes. Unwind and relax in this quiet peaceful setting. An ideal base for the castle and whisky trails, golfers will be spoilt for choice of courses.

The RSPB Troup Head nature reserve is only 5 minutes from the farm. The best time to see the Gannets is between April & September. Boat trips can be arranged on the Puffin Cruises or North 58 Sea adventure often catching a glimpse of the Bottlenose Dolphins, Seals and Harbour Porpoise. Minke Whale can also be seen on this part of the Moray Firth.

Magnificent clifftop villages, Gardenstown & Crovie are a 2 mile drive. Also, Pennan, famous for the Local Hero movie, is 5 miles away.
