Linkbraeheads is a recently refurbished former farmhouse with the best of both worlds, overlooking countryside and coast  and a few minutes walk  from Sandend's beach. Situated between the two former fishing villages of Cullen and Portsoy and overlooking Sandend on the main coastal route. 

A Ground floor en-suite or two first floor rooms with private bathroom are available with tv, with freeview, dvd, toiletries and fluffy towels for your stay and each room is serviced daily, so you dont even have to make your bed.

A full cooked five course breakfast is served overlooking scenic views or for the faint hearted , smaller portions or continental are an option. Ample parking is provided within the grounds.
