Aberdeen Seminar

Interface – The knowledge connection for business is hosting 4 seminars across Scotland in November and December in conjunction with the Economic and Social Sciences Research Council and Knowledge Transfer Partnership Centres to highlight opportunities and funding for businesses in engaging with economic and social sciences departments of Scottish Universities.

The first two events in Edinburgh and Glasgow have now been held and the feedback received has been extremely encouraging so we hope to continue the success in Aberdeen and Dundee.

The events are targeted at businesses, social enterprises and third sector organisations in the following sectors: Energy, Environment, Retail, Financial Services, Health Technologies, Creative Industries, Sports, Leisure and Tourism.

The range of schemes that ESRC funds and manages to enable ground breaking research to be taken from universities straight to the heart of business will be explained. There will also be an opportunity to put your questions to our panel of experts.
